Typically, each treatment lasts 45 minutes to 2 hours. The client may lay down or sit comfortably in a chair, depending on their needs. There are no requirements for you to do before you arrive, apart from wearing comfortable clothes. We do sit with the client beforehand and ask intake questions so we can assess what needs attention.
